In Dynamics 365 Field Service there are numerous additions. Here we will review about one of main feature also called heart of field service product - Schedule Board. Improvements done in this will provide enhanced usability and proficiency.
Filter and Map View in Schedule Board
Schedule Board can expand to more visual space on the screen for better view for user. On the left side, there is a filter view, to select the items to be included. It can also configure with different colours and icons too.
For that go to field service> administration> Booking Statues.
Can Add new “+” schedule board and set the required Schedule type in it as your requirement.
Unscheduled Work Order View
Unscheduled work order can be viewed at bottom of scheduled board. Within this you can opt to change the sort order and columns option and filter as required.
Controlling the resource views
You can use the setting icon to open the resource grid. It will come up with different options, you can set the width and height of the columns for easy reading of information and can set working time etc.
With the flexibility of the schedule board, you can create the tabs which will help to focus on exact work.
